A holiday favorite at Carl's Bakery, we make 100s of pounds of this every year, using a recipe that stretches back many generations.  Prepped in a 100 year old copper kettle and poured out on our marble candy making table, this handmade confection is loaded with high quality Spanish red peanuts, encased in a brittle that neither breaks your teeth nor glues them together, but shatters with hard crunch.
